Payment methods

In the online shop, the payment methods shown during the ordering process are available to you, usually:

• PayPal: You need a PayPal account and authorise the order amount.
• Credit card: Visa and Mastercard. Payment is processed by a certified payment service provider.
• SEPA direct debit: for customers in Germany, where offered during checkout.
• Invoice/prepayment: where offered during checkout.

Payment is due when the order is placed unless agreed otherwise. Shipping costs may depend on the payment method chosen and are shown in the cart before you complete the order.

Shipping

We deliver books and other goods to the address given during checkout. Shipping costs and delivery time depend on the destination country and are shown in the cart or on the product page before you complete the order. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are determined by the rules of the respective country.
